coming from a long time insomniac, too much melatonin can actually reverse the effects of it & cause you to not sleep! if you’re comfortable with it, i’d definitely recommend a CBD based product to see if that works for you :) i found a cbd+melatonin gummy from the brand proleve & i LOVE them. i only take half and it works wonders when i need the help!!

Could the Celsius be a reason why you can’t sleep? It sounds silly since you drink it in the am .. but do you drink more than one ? I hope your sleeping schedule goes back to normal . It sucks going to bed late and waking up late . I had that issue when my anxiety was really bad still deal with it but it has gotten way better
