You just haven’t learned how to use them. The longer you leave the hot roller in the tighter the curl. Turn them sideways and it’s a spiral curl. Is there two different lengths on the clips? The clip needs to be facing away from your head. Difficult to explain. Also allows a person to save time by allowing you to put on your makeup on. Since your hair curls easily you can’t leave them in until curlers are completely cooled. It volumizes. Your reaction was so funny.
