Hi, my Kosgho works fine for awhile but now, it runs for a short distance and then stop there, even with the battery fully charged. What do you think might be the issue? Thanks.

Yeah the battery die on me also and its in Vacuum heaven now , it only lasted one season

How do u adjust the wheels?

The wheels are free movement for the system to move around. if your wheels are lose then push them in until you hear a locking sound.

My pool robot will not charge. I have looked everywhere a phone number to call with no luck. I bought it in August. Looks like I will send back to amozone. To bad cause it worked great in the pool.

My robot just fail also, it lasted two 2 years but water compromise the battery and it fail. Chlorine dissolve the plastics and made it brittle
