Hello Abraham and thank you for reaching out to us! In my particular workflow, I had the cameras plugged directly into my router via CAT5 and power was supplied via the factory AC adapter. As for connecting your cameras to the vMix, SDI is the best for latency, but if your cameras support RTSP or MPEG-TS streaming, then you can use the "Stream" function in vMix to connect to those cameras via IP. I have used both methods and found that it truly is a matter of preference. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Hello and thank you for watching my video! I did some research on your particular camera, and it would appear that PTZ control via vMix is not supported. Might I suggest that you try launching the web browser interface for that camera and control it in a separate window? I know that this is not ideal, but it might be the only way to control the camera at the current time.

Did you ever get this working with the armcreast camera as I'm struggling to get a signal into vmix from the camera. Please help.

So I did some playing around with my personal Android and here is what I was able to do: - I first downloaded a program on my Android called "IP Webcam Pro." - Once it was installed and connected to my network, I gave it a unique port number (under the 'Connection Settings' --> 'Local Broadcasting'), so I didn't get a port conflict with other devices. - After it was connected and configured, I selected "Start Server" in the App. - As soon as it began streaming, it gave me an IP address for the stream and the all important port number. - In vMix 17, I launched the "Web Browser" input. From there, I was able to put in the IP address and port number in the URL field. - The web page for the camera control launched, and then I selected "Browser" under video renderer, then Full Screen... and Boom! Android camera into vMix. I hope this helps to get you going and sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks I will keep watching your tutorials then, all the other streaming software allow the iPad to act as a camera , Wirecast being one of them works well
