She might have a high metabolism but no one is safe from diabetes which is the path she’s choosing to take.

Obviously she doesn't eat like that EVERYDAY !!!! And she workout a lot... you can't get diabetes or things like that just by eating like this a few times in few months 🙄🙄🙄

@@laura3122 awe you poor thing. Are you a medical professional or know someone personally with diabetes? Lol you are very uneducated when it comes to the human body and what causes diabetes. She’s destroying her pancreas by eating that many grams of sugar in one sitting. She probably feels like crap all the time, has mental fog and maybe even suffers from depression. Sugar is poison and should be eaten sparingly. She is destroying her body.

It is a valid point. 1] she is young. The way you speak it would means you are in your 50+ or got diabetes as a young person. If you don't exercise to eliminate the extra food you ate, you will suffer a long term affect. We don't know what she takes, but I'm assuming, as this is her job, she does the same as many guys in the fitness entertainment that they eat a ton of food aka calories with a lot of salt and sweets. She prep herself at least a day prior to recording this and at least one day after recording. Meanwhile, she is always exercising a lot everyday. There are two type of diabetes. 1] genetics, blame your parents aka your tendency to be a diabetes for eating a small amount of sugar is very high, and 2] the one you just sit like a couch potato and do not exercise in your life. Then some years after, you accumulated so much sugar that ur insulin couldn't keep up so blame yourself. She looks to be an athlete and not a bodybuilder so she probably runs a lot or bike a lot to burn that extra sugar. Remember cardio burn glucose first and then fat cuz fat goes to replace the lack of glucose to produce energy. The easy one to break apart aka to produce energy is glucose and then fat. This is why many athletes rarely suffer diabetes...bodybuilders is another story...some of them might cuz they hate cardio cuz cardio kill your gains aka muscles. But I'm glad to see how nowadays, many vet bodybuilders are changing their mentality and suggesting the younger generations to incorporate cardio in their routine.

She does the same as men. Have you seen men showing how much calories they can burn after eating 10k or 5k or 20 k calories? She probably does the same. She doesn't eat much the day prior and the next day she eats she goes and exercise like crazy [for us] Nd the next day she eats very little and she will be back, to normal. I can say this is her job so she doesn't eat like us. She is always posting this type of videos so she is probably eating very poorly so she can eat this much and record it. She is posting like 5-6 times per month. As I mentioned you need at least 2 days of prep. The day before and after recording this eating process so she might have max 4 days to eat as a normal person if no less per week. And exercising all other days to be starving so the huge amount of calories she eats in one sitting doesn't affect her that much.
