Hey vic just wanted to say how much I love your videos! You are honestly my #1 favorite asmr channel 😊 I had some requests maybe you can think about doing (I've had them in mind for a while) 1. A giant homemade brownie (just one but giant and top it with stuff like whip cream, mini reeses, mini m&ms icecream etc) 2. A grilled cheese and soup video for savory 3. A fall theme video with pumpkin and pumpkin spice items :) 4. Different assorted cupcakes (big, mini, different flavors etc)

refreezing is absolutely dangerous ! don't do it ! once you take out anything out the freezer (and I mean anything) don't put it back, bacteria will grow and cause an intoxication if eaten.

The people who have channels like this do often work out a lot. But more importantly, they do intermittent fasting or OMAD (one meal a day) and often also eat very cleanly on the days they're not recording a video. The diet part is by far what makes the bigger difference.
