Solar is amazing, her range and and versatility are unmatched. She is so consistent in her performances even while dancing and prancing about on stage, she never misses her notes. I personally love her lower sultry register and of course her powerful belting!

Ikr he edited out the high note in Delilah but it's actually the longest high note I have ever heard, she's just a vocal queen. No one can beat her tbh.

it's also a pity how this video wasn't able to emphasize that Wendy has a 4 octave range, and that "she has mastered her voice". Rare is K-pop, istg. Wendy is a seasonal talent. You can't find someone like her everytime.

The word you’re looking for is vocal dynamics, her agility is shown in Why can’t you love me, but also at the end of Like Water, in the climax where she does all those runs.

I don’t even stan Red Velvet but Wendy’s vocals?!? Omg its really something else. Solar’s vocal is so powerful too! Even though Rosé is my ult bias, I wouldn’t say Rosé has the best vocals but her voice is so unique and angelic.

Oh yeah, Solar is so versatile and strong, I always knew about Wendy and her powerful vocals. Even though Rosé isn't what we call "Powerful or Strong vocalist", her tone adds to her uniqueness and her emotional delivery is always on point which makes her stand out.

Roses voice is exactly the opposite of unique, angelic or emotional. Her tone sounds like a very typical girl group tone and even worse it sounds strained with no notable technique to aid the delivery.

I get it if its not your taste, but as a Korean whoa cruelly lives in Busan,her voice is really unique and many other Koreans agree which btw says a lot from a country that has a lot of gg's. Also, her technique is fine, it isn't harmful but its decent. If you studied and know about vocals, you'd know she's a great story teller through her singing and very stylized without hurting her voice. Your comment sounds uneducated :/

@@CCSupernova at no point did I say she was the best, it's very difficult to make high notes and not everyone can. So yes, Solar has an excellent vocal and deserves a lot more knowledge. Her ease of making a high note is absurd!!!

For me it's Wendy and Solar because their vocal production, vocal ability and control is amazing, i love Rosé tone too and technically she's improving a lot. I'm eagerly waiting for your reaction to one of Wendy's new song 'When this rain Stops' . I'm sure you gonna love it .. 🔥

Wendy's vocal are so clean and neat and she sounds amazing in lower range....yuju ' s vocals are so good...her high notes are so impressive...rose's vocals are so cute and touching...she has unique voice...she sings with a lot of emotion...solar ' vocals are so powerfull and her ability to use them suddenly is good...and jihyo's vocals are really cute and powerfull at the same time...they are all very good❤️

Personally, Wendy has the best technique among them. She has a lot of vocal performances that showcases those techniques and you have to react to them. Many music critics in korea actually refer to her as the best female vocalist of kpop’s 3rd generation. Tone wise, i’d say it’s Rosé too, but again, Wendy, she’s a great vocalist she can also change her tone everytime she sings.

My stan is for Twice Jihyo. She is totally underrated. I don't know why. She is just perfect. She is an excellent singer. Then a darn good dancer. And her stage presence, Oh god, damn good. Even if I got just her 10% I would be luckiest person here. Always God Jihyo.

I have such a strong connection with Wendy's When This Rain Stops and Like Water. I cry everytime i listen to them. It is such a comforting song for both listeners and Wendy herself as she has gone through some hardships this past year.

I absolutely adore Rose and Solar, but it is Wendy's vocals that just leave me in awe. Her song "Like Water" is so gorgeous, and being able to see how she was able to overcome her horrible injuries (including facial injuries in the accident) is truly inspiring.

@@aishablack5855 I don't think Solar's technique is better than Wendy's. Solar can support with consistency up to C#5, but in higher notes she push too much. Wendy can support up to D5, and her higher notes are actually great. Wendy also can support her upper register up to A5, Solar can't. Wendy's lower register is also better. But I personally prefer Solar's tone, it's more rich.

Literally, both Wendy & Yuju have beautiful low and head register + runs (in my opinion, they're two of the strongest when it comes to these), yet this video only showcases the high belting parts. There is so much more to them!

Still waiting for the day when Jihyo gets the chance to finally show her full potential. The girl is literally so talented yet so underrated. She was a rookie during that time she went on masked singers but damn her performance there still gives me chills up till this day. Also hope you could listen to her MelPro where she sings in jazz, her understand of music should be appreciated more.

Wendy really is a QUEEN when it comes to vocals. and may i add i think this particular video highlights a lot of wendy's vocal abilites, it showcases her range (one of the widest in kpop), agility, strength, stability, versatility. it's clear that wendy supports all 3 registers well and is able to convey emotion through her singing. can't wait so hear more from the best 3rd-gen kpop main vocal (technique wise)

I love everyone’s voice each of them have different colors. The video used just don’t give justice for each of them. Especially for Yuju. Her lower tones is really good too, she’s not just about high notes. But each and everyone has an amazing voice. Everyone are the main vocal of their group.

All Rosé had to do is simply hum a melody like in the Netflix Light Up The Sky, and that is enough to make me cry buckets of tears for the first time in 3 years. From that day forth I knew she is the one. The absolute PERFECTION of the others in this video are impressive as heck, don't get me wrong- But Rosé magically somehow makes me FEEL things with just her voice. Forever a BP stan. 🖤💖

I love all of these Girls for different reasons they all have such Gorgeous Vocals! Rosé has such an Angelic voice and is very Unique, Jihyo has such a Powerful Voice and is just Amazing she is very Underated, Yuju has such a Phenomenal Voice very powerful and just great overall one of the best for sure, Solar goes crazy with her Vocals she is just Insane overall, and Wendy who is my Personal favorite is just Spectacular she is a mixture between a Siren, an Angel, and a Goddess all in one! They all have fabulous Vocals and it is very hard to pick between them but like I said if I had to pick one it would be Wendy there is just something different with her I don't know how to explain it, Anyways Justin you should definitely check them all out a lot more they all are like I said Phenomenal and you should definitely check out some Dreamcatcher, (G) I-DLE, Loona, Momoland, and many more as well they are Absoulety Amazing as well! Just every single Group is so Unique in their own way and they all have Amazing Personalities as well! Anyways I hope that you are doing well and staying safe and healthy! P.S. We will all miss GFriend when I heard that they were going to disband I got so upset and shocked just Wow!

I love Solar's versatility. Her other techniques aren't showcased enough in this set of videos as she's known more for her power belting. The subtle nuances she adds in her performances makes you experience the song and not just hear it.

My favorite is Rosé, I love her voice and nobody transmits feelings to me like her, she can transmit joy, sadness, anger, powerlessness, power, etc. I think technique makes a good singer but making someone feel emotions makes you an incredible artist. I think she has both and she keeps getting better and better

for sure, her voice holds so much emotional tone and that's what I love about her voice, and how unique it is!you know when she sang Nat King Cole's The Christmas Song as a cover gift for blinks, I swear you can feel the festive, gentle warmth from her voice and that sitting by the fireplace roasting chestnuts feeling that she sings about!

@@bwingbwinggwiyomi Christmas is a sad day for me, so when she released that cover I felt so comforted, it was as if someone was hugging me. It's a very warm cover. And I think that having that ability to comfort, transmit, make the speaker feel the emotions, put himself in your shoes, etc. is what makes a great artist, it is very difficult to achieve that. Dont know an artist who transmits like her,she Is amazing

As much as I love Solar, I disagree with her having the best technique here. She is so talented, dont get me wrong but if we talk about OBJECTIVELY, Wendy wins. From Ressonance, Head, Chest and Mixed Voice, Upper Register, Pitch, Range, Control, Dynamics, Support etc. Wendy is also the most versatile singer here, and she can even be on par with 2nd Gen Vocalist such as Taeyeon.

4:50 as far as i can remember, rosé had a sore throat on the day she had that performance. That's why she wasn't quite on pitch on that note.
