@@a_person890 There's no autotune. Listen to their many live audio performances, in encores, in radio performances, their a cappelas. I know it's hard to believe, but they really sound as good live as they do in their recording, and sometimes even better.

SO TRUE. you'll never find another group like red velvet. a group in which all members are excellent singers. their discography is no skip at all. their vocals are amazing especially Wendy (their main vocalist). they're all amazing as well. that's why we love red velvet, their Real Vocals, Real Visuals, and their unrivaled discography.

Tbh all of them have INSANE vocals but Wendy’s are on another level. She’s such a great vocalist. You should listen to Really Bad Boy by them because they hit INSANE notes in that song including whistle notes it’s crazy good

Wendy is the main vocalist for a reason. It's always full, she has range, there's color in her voice. She definitely adds vocal prowess to Red Velvet who everyone btw has vocals that slap hard as well.

You just reacted to the absolute top vocal group in Kpop mainstream industry, with the most versatile discography in the industry, and famous for their great harmonization skill (they do every vocal layer in all of their songs). About Wendy, well she is recognized as the top kpop gg singer, with the widest controlled pitch range. She's is also the only singer in kpop groups with a real supported head voice (almost operatic head voice). She can also do almost every tone according to the song (people say she has 9 voices, hahaha). Enjoy the ride.

Wendy is a fantastic singer with a great head voice yes, but she is not the only one with a resonant head voice (Haseul from Loona for example is a trained soprano opera singer).

Wendy is the Goddess of Singing and Beauty! Best KPOP voice out there. Wendy had a solo album out last year called 'Like Water'. There are videos for both Like Water the title track and When This Rain Stops. You will not be disappointed.

She used to be known to have 8 different colors of voices till 2019, now she looks discovered a couple more of her voices. Her love for music is amazing. Still, I also like to remind everyone that the true awesomeness of Red velvet comes from chemistry or sum of all member's voices.

I also just want to add that Wendy is, like what you said, a very versatile vocalist who has always been the backbone of the group when it came to their vocals. Although her band members are also great singers, I wouldn’t say they are on a similar level as her because ever since they debuted she was on a level where her members had to work hard to keep up with her vocals.

so glad you reacted to them again! ah yes- wendy, my bias! she's so versatile as a singer. she seems to know how to control her vocals output! her forte is rnb/soul and jazz! she also has advanced techniques that adds so much texture on her singing such as crescendo, glissando, staccato, and EMOTION! i might be wrong for those words but you know what i mean! i hope you continue to react to them, especially wendy! Wendy is such a versatile vocalist, she can adjust to what genre or ost for a certain drama she will be singing and plus points she can rap, beatbox and even play instruments such as guitar, flute, piano. What a talented person and down to earth too.

Their main vocalist Wendy is arguably one of the best and most versatile voices in Kpop. Please react to their song Psycho. That song is just *chef's kiss*. Idk how to explain it but it's just sooooo freaking goood!! Especially the live version where they were just sitting in front of their fans and singing effortlessly.

If you mean the “La La La La La inside OUUUT~” then you’re wrong, it’s Wendy doing that in the back while Irene is singing the chorus “inside out out out~” . You can hear Wendy keep coming in the back and echoing Irene while she sings the chorus. But yes there are many times they sound similar to eachother

This song truly slaps. Probably love this more than Feel My Rhythm. Although it’s all Japanese, it doesn’t bother me at all. I’ve been keeping this on repeat for who knows how long now. Red Velvet definitely has the best vocalists, hands down.

The songs on the mini-album are all chill and largely ballad-like, and they're absolutely amazing! The 3 songs from the album that have the most coverage are the title track "Like Water", "When This Rain Stops", and "Why Can't You Love Me?"

ugh Red Velvet is so amazing!! I wish you reacted to more of their songs, like most people recommended Really Bad Boy and Psycho, but also Zimzalabim (for weirdness and that heavenly bridge). Wendy solo songs are incredible as well - Like Water and When This Rain Stops (+ her duet with John Legend - Written in the Stars). Edit: adding Sassy Me for more vocal fry and Butterflies for Wendy's sweet voice (she's really adaptable to different styles). Just whole RBB album is superb. LOVE THE REACTION!!

Yasssss! K-pop idols got some great vocals. If you really liked Wendy. I would recommend listening to her mini album she really! If you want a K-pop group focused in vocals. Exo is the group to react to and well as there solo projects. Seventeen is another group fantastic in vocals.

Yas! wendy is such an amazing vocalists, She's the group's MAIN VOCALIST for a reason. However, the group in general have superb and amazing vocalists, Seulgi and Joy are the group's lead vocalists while Irene and yeri are the rap line of the group who can most definitely sing. the only reason they can't possibly climb up the lead vocalist positions is because of i think the placement of their voices which prevents them from reaching bigger notes. (but irene have reached a D7 note (studio) during their Really Bad Boy (title track)

Wendy is also the one you pointed out in feel my rhythm where her vocals are floating above the rest at the end of the song. It's common knowledge among fans that she's called a chameleon cause she got so many voices inside her. Would be interesting to see you react to all her songs in her album LIKE WATER and her solo songs released last year: Be Deep, Airport Goodbyes, That Place in Between and If I Could Read Your Mind

just a quick background about Wendy tho. She was born a singer. Her parents are musicians and she was actually a member of a choir when she was in highschool, not to mention an honor student too, before she joined kpop. When she got into accident last Dec of 2019, she didn't let go of her mic on the way to the hospital. She is really passionate about singing.

Yeah. Wendy is known for having some of the best vocals in all of k-pop. Her range and tone are insane, and all of the things she can do with her voice is mind blowing 😂😂

Love that u went on a Wendy bias discovery there at the end ;) ... There are soo much Live content of Wendy singing solo and also Red Velvet as a whole ! Their concert videos and outside arena performances they did in Korea over the years are the best
