Still remember this moment, whole family sitting in front TV waiting for her performance. That time no SMS and we don't have each other phone number. When she and her brother arrived in KL they went to my mom's office at Ministry of Defence (my mom come from same village, Kuala Lipis) to inform Siti enter this competition and went to final. They asking for blessings and pray for her success ❤️ Very humble and still now.

This is what we called pure talent. She never even studied vocal before. It's just her and her God given talent. A very talented woman.

This song belongs to Aishah, Siti's idol.. She really admire her idol bcz of the humbleness and all.. Aishah was a big star back then and Siti decided to follow Aishah's footsteps, look where she is now.. Extra info, Aishah debuted with the Fan Club while studying in New Zealand ( some did enter billboard chart tho) before making records in Malaysia.. She was the real deal.. Later on, she starting to feel that the producer want her to become someone else ( more like western ).. Aishah leaves her big career and stardom and go back to Malaysia continues her career in Malaysia instead.. Thats what make Siti ( and other people too) admires her so muchh...

Camar is a seagull which flies across the sea, migrating alone, and then coming back home after a long lonely journey and then settling down. That is what this song is all about.

Siti was only 16 and this was the finale of the singing competition in which she won and brought her to become the most successful singer in malaysia as well as south east asia.
