In case you didn't realize or know, every song in this medley was composed by John Williams. He's a true legend. And I know what you mean about the sounds being harder to sing than words. I sang a piece called La Lluvia, which had multiple parts and rounds and was complete gibberish and it was one of the most difficult pieces our advanced women's group ever did because people couldn't keep track of when to do what part. But it was beautiful.

Yo I'm a grown ass 39 year old man and about ET time my eyes started welling up. Times were so different back then. People weren't shooting schools up and Places of worship you could feel safe in and the Government sort of got along. I miss it.

I honestly get teary-eyed every time I watch this medley, especially when they start singing the song from Home Alone because it's one of my favourite movies of all time. They're amazing. One video you have to watch from Voctave is "This is my wish/Let there be peace on earth" it's outstandingly good! Also please watch "All about that bass" by Home Free, it's one of their best videos!

It's amazing that a few melodies can bring a fully grown man to reminisce about their childhood. Or in my case, late teens to early 20's. I found that they arranged this so I could pretty much guess what was coming next. God! I love a-capella.

The Impossible Dream by Voctave is amazing, but if you're looking to branch out some, Frank and Zach Piano Duets are amazing and there's like no reactions to any of their videos.

These guys are like Robson...everytime im speechless. Any Voctave will do ive heard them all. They recently did one where there singing the National Anthem. the way that's been hacked lately, it's a breath of fresh air.

I would really love for you to check out 'Mary did you know' with Mark Lowry and Voctave. I know it's not Christmas, but hey, music is music. I would also love for you to do 'Imagine' with PTX. IMO this was the pinnacle of their achievements in recent years, using their personal situations to push a message. Brings me to tears every time.

I wish John Williams still had the energy to record in London. You can really hear the difference. I'm glad he' still working though.

One area of Philippine Music/Singing that is underexposed is CHORAL SINGING. Although Philippine Choral Singing has achieved international recognition and has recieved the highest awards from some international competitions, it really hasn't really gained some popularity or appreciation by a wider audience. For a start, please to react to THE PHILIPPINE MADRIGAL SINGERS version of THE CIRCLE OF LIFE from THE LION KING and you will be entralled by the group's inventiveness in creating nature's sounds. They also sang an equally demanding choral song that originated from some tribal/ethnic music in the Philippines.
