I mean, I have to assume (like all "reality" TV) that she already knows what the questions are in advance, and they have already practiced a walkthrough so e.g. she'll be in range of her phone when the "mom" question gets texted through, so that she's by the record player (with the exact genre of music he asks for already cued up) when it gets to the music questions, etc.
