I thought you're supposed to put a facial mist or simply a water but never a cleansing oil ... that's why it's called "cleansing" oil ... also i cringe when she uses a exfoliator and then a face peel 😣 (bet that her skin is crying ...the fact she exfoliates not just one but two times a day) 😓

It's because the comments are filtered and we only see the nice ones. But the ppl that have control over the channel can see the hate/mean comments. But we can't see them. Plus on the top it says something like community something, can't remember...
