Hay una cancion que interpretó Javier Solís , se llama "cuando calienta el sol" es tan hermoda su interpretacion que en Japón es la melodia mas conocida y que a todo cantante mexicano que llega a esas tierras debe interpretarla para complacer al pueblo japones

Great reaction video, thank you for this! He was such an amazing singer, a legend in Mexico, and died too young! My great aunt was a teenager when he died and said she was so devasted she thought she was going to die (again, teenager :) In Mexico, they called him one of, "Los Tres Gallos" (literally the three roosters) of music and movies during Mexico's golden age of cinema, alongside Jorge Negrete and Pedro Infante (coincidentally, both also died tragically young). They didn't sing together, but they were just that legendary

one interesting fact is that when he started his career, he was a Pedro Infante Imitator and a very good at it. However the recording studio told him they did not wanted a clone of Pedro Infante and force him to use his real voice, and I'm glad that they did because his real voice is beautiful.

Otra voz como la de Don Javier Solis, nunca, en ninguna parte del mundo, en este video da cátedra cantando en vivo, con todos los problemas que ésto implica y logra una interpretación simplemente sublime, este video lo deberían de ver todos esos que se dicen cantantes, para que aprendan algo

I'm Mexican and I grew up listening to Don Javier Solis because he was/is my mom's favorite singer, and for over 40 years he has also been mine! Truly he is one of the best Mexico has given us but he left too soon. 😥 Thank you for reacting to him!

Grew up with Javier Solis through my parents great taste, he was born in Puerto Rico then went on to reside in Mexico and there he became wolrd famous!! Hence his song "En mi Viejo San Juan" (Puerto Rico)

en mi viejo San Juan was written by Noel Estrada(puerto rican), Javier Solís only sang it he is Mexican born in México city....
