Hello, I want to know if your will be posting tutorials on Vivox. And I have a doubt if we want each player to have proximity chat and no other player must be able to listen unless they are near, even whne they are in the same team? Is this possible? Man, I wish this was as easy as the video makes it out to be. I installed VIvox, and the very first thing I see is an issue with the singleton code on VivoxVoiceManager, that destroys the singleton if the "m_instance" field isn't equal to the object... except the m_instance hasn't been attributed yet at that point, so it is null. These brilliant people shipped a singleton that destroys itself before it can be initialized.

Which means this is only for GaaS games with microtransactions or subscription. A classic buy 2 play multiplayer game will bleed money with this.

I wrote my own wrapper for microphone which allows to have voicechat with any network solution. Dear it was hard to make that possible with in-build microphone library of unity. It is not public yet but when I polished it I want to make public. Unfortunately webgl is not support.

The only thing I can say is the Microphone api from unity is crap. It records for one second in loop. So if you say "Hello" sometomes you get "lloHe" because its looping. So you need to handle that. If want to use over network you need to make chunks. So like you would send parts of "hello". The destination (other clients) will put that back together. I needed to find out myself. No resources used.

Nunca me he sentido tan engañado con un anuncio como con este video, no se que haré mal pero vamos este sdk no es tan fácil como poner dos líneas de código, llevo más de 2 días intentando implementarlo y no funciona I have never felt so deceived with an ad as with this video, I do not know what I will do wrong but this sdk is not as easy as putting two lines of code, I have been trying to implement it for more than 2 days and it does not work

If you read the text on the page it says "Select Vivox Core if your engine is not listed". It's probably just the Core SDK without any engine specific code for you to implement in your own engine.

Vivox is free for freelancer ? What do they mean with freelancer ? Whenever we get a btw/tva/vat number do we stay freelancer ? I don't trust this sentence, we should have a open source solution for it...
