Howdy, David! Since we aren't a boot manufacturer, this isn't something we can speak to or recommend doing. We manufactured the TTS Transit for NTN boots that include tech-toe inserts. Hope that helps.

Howdy! With the three activity positions, you can dial it in to match your downhill preferences. We've found that the neutral (most forward) position gets you closer to that 75mm feel. The active (most rearward) position will give you more of a classic NTN feel. If you feel like you want something in-between, you can go with the moderate (middle) position.

Initially, there will be short and long-travel cartridge options for the TTS Transit. The short-travel "tour" cartridge is the same stiffness as the "tour" cartridge on our original TTS binding. The stiffness of the long-travel cartridge will sit in between the feel of the "stiff" and "tour" cartridge options we have for the original TTS. Hope that helps!

Thats actually a pair of scarpa tx. Its like a t2 for ntn. Scarpa don’t produce them anymore, so its a bit hard to find them nowdays.

That is something we don't recommend since Voile Hyper Skis mounted with telemark bindings aren't covered under the Voile factory warranty.

We stood on the shoulders of Moonlight to design the TTS Transit. We want to give credit where it's due! That aside, we've made some critical improvements to the design to make the Transit a compelling option. The crampon slot design from Plum allows you to attach crampons directly behind the toe piece. With the crampon slot occupying that space, the activity positions have been slightly pushed back, which gives a marginally more active feel. The crampon straddles the binding, so you don't have to remove the rods while in use. We also updated the hooks on the rods so they stay locked in place and don't come out as easily as the prior version, and we increased the stiffness on the long-travel cartridge that we provided for Moonlight in the past. Above all else, the Transit will be available for purchase in the Fall of 2023, and we're invested in continued Telemark binding development!

Its a pair of scarpa tx which is not being produced anymore. It is similare to scarpas 75 mm t2.

I use the Voile Hyperglide skins and their rubber/plastic clip and straps work really well with the no notch tails of Voile skis. But my G3 skin clips do not work very well without a notch in the tail.

@@scottbalsai I have the Hyperglides too. They are ok, but when they dont' work, they don't work. I don't understand this --- having the skin tail come off is a major pain if it happens when e.g. you have a heavy pack on and don't want to have to stop and bend down, or when you on a steep slope and doing a kick turn, or when conditions are wet, etc. etc. There's simply no reason not to do this -- it will be an investment by Voile as perhaps they'd have some machinary to modify (?) of course, but surely it will pay off in the long run.

@@ericsteig5296 yes, I agree with you.. it’s such a small suggestion but would greatly make things easier for the user. But my Voile skin clips work great always. Maybe you need to adjust them a little tighter. But I agree why should one have to use only Voile skins for their skis. I even suggested that on my review of their Ultravector BC skis. Maybe the new skis for next year will have the notches.

@@scottbalsai Fingers crossed -- but I Voile guy I talked to years ago said "next year" and it hasn't happened. I don't get it.

It's an old Scarpa TX/Terminator X. Pretty sure this boot was made in the early 2010s.
