In this episode i finsihed with lots of struggle the intercooler lines.
Got some setbacks and some real project car stuff all round.
But ended up rebuilding grinding and welding the new Haldex setup in the rear. Now we have a full Golf mk4 R32 rear diff in the rallye.
Reday for the rest of the improvements.

I like to use a belt sander on shit bolt's. Good work as always.

For flare nuts. I got irwin 6LW 3-sided voce grips and it works great fir removing them without mangling them.

How have I only just found this ! Proper content ! loving the work , I’m currently doing a syncro conversion on my mk3 vr6 , based in uk so very hard to find over here , my subframe has been hacked to bits and has no original mounts to Center my haldex diff , I need that diff Centering jig ! Would you happen to have some measurements to go off , or if you scrapping the jig I would happily pay for postage for it and pass it on to the next person ! Thanks
