If you own a higher trim of VW Tiguan, you will have a small keypad on the right side of the steering wheel which you will use to access vehicle menu and clear the oil service interval message.
If you own a lower trim, like the one in this video, you will access vehicle menu and reset oil change indicator light through buttons on the wiper switch.
