Volpe Where Are You

3 жыл бұрын

We went on a road trip in Sinaloa Mexico and got lost. We were looking for a small village called los platanitos. We asked local Sinaloa Mexicans for directions and eventually made it to the small Mexican countryside village. Two Mexican girls showed us around the village and showed us the way of life in the Mexican countryside.

Mexico is rich in many natural resources, history, culture, traditions, gastronomy and is the country that works most hours daily in the world with the largest economy in Latin America and 14th in the world.Mexico is 6th before Plandemic in world tourism not counting cruises or else it will be 2nd in the world. Now 3rd in tourism. Mexicans don't wait around scratching their belly waiting for the government to help them like in other countries. If it wasn't for the people in Mexico,Mexico would of collapsed already with all the invasions and looting. Still till this day Mexico is one of the most invaded and looted countries in the world.

@@lolal3853 Hahaha because everyone in Mexico is corrupt, especially the police and politicians. We got robbed twice in Cancun by Mexican police, took our american dollars at gun point. Second time it happened we went straight back to the hire place and gave the vehicle back. It's not safe to drive around Mexico as a tourist.

@@bluenose7984 You mean U.S. money, America is a Continent by the way. Talk about dangerous coming from U.S., LMAO... A family and friend got robbed in Paris. A friend got kidnapped beaten almost to death in Italy, had to pay the kidnappers money for them to let him go. Many people are bribed and extortion by government, politicians, police etc.. in U.S., Canada, Europe and other countries. There is way more corruption, crime, violence and poverty in other countries than in Mexico, I can assure you. Makes me laugh that people think that U.S., Canada, Europe and other countries are first world countries where nothing happens, not at all.

Two thumbs up for this video! I have watched dozens of your videos and I would rank this amongst the best you have done (along with the toy train ride and your fishing expedition). While I love the food reviews, the vid's where you are off the beaten track and interacting with the people are priceless. Great work, thank you so much for sharing!

An American investment banker was at the pier of a small coastal Mexican village when a small boat with just one fisherman docked. Inside the small boat were several large yellowfin tuna. The American complimented the Mexican on the quality of his fish and asked how long it took to catch them. The Mexican replied, “only a little while. The American then asked why didn’t he stay out longer and catch more fish? The Mexican said he had enough to support his family’s immediate needs. The American then asked, “but what do you do with the rest of your time?” The Mexican fisherman said, “I sleep late, fish a little, play with my children, take siestas with my wife, Maria, stroll into the village each evening where I sip wine, and play guitar with my amigos. I have a full and busy life.” The American scoffed, “I am a Harvard MBA and could help you. You should spend more time fishing and with the proceeds, buy a bigger boat. With the proceeds from the bigger boat, you could buy several boats, eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats. Instead of selling your catch to a middleman you would sell directly to the processor, eventually opening your own cannery. You would control the product, processing, and distribution. You would need to leave this small coastal fishing village and move to Mexico City, then LA and eventually New York City, where you will run your expanding enterprise.” The Mexican fisherman asked, “But, how long will this all take?” To which the American replied, “15 - 20 years.” “But what then?” Asked the Mexican. The American laughed and said, “That’s the best part. When the time is right you would announce an IPO and sell your company stock to the public and become very rich, you would make millions!” “Millions - then what?” The American said, “Then you would retire. Move to a small coastal fishing village where you would sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, take siestas with your wife, stroll to the village in the evenings where you could sip wine and play your guitar with your amigos.”
