I like the idea it might be a pretty good build, being that fire blast procs heat, and combine that with the Archon Vitality mod that applies heat twice. And on top of the electricity from volts 4th ability, I’d say try it out. The only problem I can think of is trying to get his 4th to chain with enemies close by each other cause fire blast has a stager like effect to it so it kinda pushes enemies away, but I do think it’s worth a try.

I’ve tested this out and it’s all about play style, I get shields from each cast of my abilities, using the mods that give you shields once you spend energy I have the mods equipped on my secondary and my warframe I believe, plus I the shards help give me more energy to cast as needed to strip amor and electrify them.
