Visal ji Establishment means SA, MG and MTS. They will be there. It’s generally understood by anyone ji. When it comes to work, there will be differences in nature of work wrt SA, particularly sorting of articles, scanning , type of articles Regd ,speed, parcel, ordinary etc. More emphasis is made on MG and MTS and their nature of work in volume 7 videos. This video is for understanding basic structure of Rms. You may please check them Visal ji. All the best 👍

Set means Establishment ( Telugu lo manushulu ). Set of a section means establishment of a section (train bogie where our postal articles are conveyed) Set of mail office means Establishment of a Mail Office at one time (12:00 hrs to 8pm or 8 pm to 6 am etc)

Ashif ji A metal token is a identity token( similar to IDENTITY card) to show their right to be present in the Mail van or reserved compartment or to enter the platform for exchange of Mails , which will be shown , on demand to Railway Guards and ticker examiners . It will be issued to Sorting assistants, Mail Guards, MTS, Record officers , mailmen etc who travel in sections or use railway platform. Metal tokens are the property of govt and are supplied from psd to HRO. HRO issues metal tokens to officials and also supplies to SRI who will issue to his officials ( As per Rule 14 of Volume 7) However, it won’t have Name of the official but only serial number and name of the Division)

Sections antee train 🚂 bogiee. Mana postal articles oka voori nundi maroka vooriki carry(convey ) cheyadaaniki vaade train boogie ni section antaaru. For ex: Vijayawada to Chennai train lo oka bogie mana postal bags pattuku velladaaniki untundi. Daaniki railway department ki manamu dabbu kadataamu boogie vadukunnanduku.
