Hello, I have a question, what is the PC configuration you have installed there and how did you install the volume up and down potentiometer on that PC. I'm also making volumio on a foxconn pc with a waveshare 11.9 touch screen, so I liked yours that you put a potentiometer for the sound, so if you can explain and show a picture of the components that are in the case.

@@MCabadak Is that rotaryencoder2 mounted on usb, and if you can post a link where you got that rotaryencoder2, when I type in google it doesn't give me yours like in that friend's video. Thanks for the reply.

Hi! Very nice project :) I bought the same screen but I am not able to make it work with Volumio X86. When I plug it in in hdmi out, the pc won’t boot. How did you manage to set it up?

The resolution of the HDMI output must support the screen resolution. If you have an HDMI output resolution higher than the screen resolution, you will not be able to get an image. Only the boot text at the first startup will appear.

@@MCabadak thanks for your reply! Is there a way of modifying the HDMI output resolution? I will try to explain better myself: with Volumio on Raspberry PI i am able to modify the config.txt file and make the screen work. How can I do the same on x86, if is there a way of doing so? Was your screen natively supported on your hardware, without any modification to software? Thanks !!

@@Gennaroschiavo The way to change the screen resolution is related to the BIOS settings, but the manufacturer must make the BIOS accordingly. Since my HDMI output supports 400 * 1280, I did not make any changes. But I tried 10 PCs until I reached this result.

Hi! Compliments! I have an Alder lake N95 + 8 gb ram pc nuc, On my pc Peppymeter don't start.I follow all the thread on volumio community but without success. The installation and the activation,setting of Peppy is ok but after......nothing....Could you help me ?

Hi, How did you rotate the screen to wide angle? I'm also using the X86 version on PC and I can't configure it. I only have the vertical version :/

@@MCabadak hi can you please give text command in terminal how to install peppy meter in x86/64 based pc? i successfully installed the peppy meter but my volumi stopped, not playing music anymore. I did it with the following command in the terminal :1 cd /volumio/home/peppyscransaver .... . 2. volumio plugin install...

Ekranı Ali expressten aldım.Ben X86 ile yaptım.raspery ile ilgili bilgim yok maalesef .Volumio sitesinde bununla ilgili olarak muazzam bilgiler mevcut oraya bir göz atarsanız yapabilirsiniz
