CTA Tool 7066 has a pin which will automatically drop once the tool reaches the correct place after turning it clockwise. This is the only thing necessary to do to gain proper crankshaft timing position on this engine. There is no harmonic balancer. You simply pierce the cover which also acts as a seal, then push this tool on. You'll likely need a rubber mallet to fully seat the tool onto the pins on the crankshaft. Once you have done this, use a extension and 1/2" ratchet to turn the engine and wait until you see/hear that pin set. You can also look and see that the tool is sitting perpendicular to the line on the engine.
