When drive on soft ground or ice then tyre will spin and cause the truck can't move forward and reverse. Best solution is turn on dif lock, low gear manual and turn offroad button.

can i turn the truck with differential lock on nivel 2 on off road hill?

If the ground will allow for some slip of your tyres then yes. If the ground won't allow slip then you shouldn't need diffs in. Make a common sense judgement call, best of luck
