Those are standard equipment for any non-fairing equipped VNL. The battery box/air tank combo on the LH rail is commonly available from salvage yards for under $500. Not sure on the RH setup, because my trucks are all pre-emissions, but it's all off the shelf parts. :O)

Andres Reyes its a vinyl wrap - we purchase our trucks in a high resale color and protect it with a vinyl wrap as the paint job accounts for 30% of the resale price
