Hey Tosicamir, Great comments and question and thanks for saying that you enjoy the content and welcome to DDO, it's a great game! I get the anxiety thing, totally understandable. Some guilds are loosely structured and don't require any real interaction or obligation so something like that might be an option. Getting guild buffs can be a big help, especially to new players. Re: raiding together. I would definitely recommend a life together first. Get comfortable with the game and grouping together. But a bunch of past lives aren't necessary. Raids cannot be done on casual, but normal raiding in DDO is no big deal. Duoing many raids is very achievable even by newer players. While newer end game raids would be challenging for most players to duo, there are older and lower level raids that you could do at level cap with just 2 people and would be fairly easy. A great raid to start with is Tempests Spine. It plays more like a big quest than a raid and is only level 10 on heroic normal. Then try Demon Queen (aka Zawabi's Revenge). This is just a level 12 raid on heroic normal. Give it a try when you're way above that level. You will probably smoke it. Then try it on heroic elite then epic normal, etc. That will start to get you comfortable with duoing raids together. After that, try heroic normal Chronoscope. It's only level 6 on normal. After that you could try heroic normal Vision of Destruction and epic Chronoscope. Technically all raids can be duoed but this is a good starting point.
