I think the magic key is gonna be the Magnificent Mansion. At least that is what makes sense to me.

I'm pretty sure that's correct. In the watch party Matt mentioned the key as a possible example of the creative ways they explain some of the character's in game abilities

When scanlan remembers all the gnomes(?) he slept with he also say "Burt"... I think it's not a random name, since more than once Scanlan used as pseudonym "Burt Reynolds", and Sam also dressed as him during some Halloween episodes.

There's also a picture of a chair in Scanlan's future dream. Above the fireplace. As Matt has mentioned many times, it's just a chair.

1) The "Zilla Eggs" are actually a new kind of dragon: Thordak's time in the Fire Plane coupled with the Soul Anchor gem made him into a new kind of fire primordial dragon and these are his eggs/offspring. 2) "In the CR cast mugs", the bar is named The Leaky Tap - This is the C2 bar in Zadash where M9 would get the hit on the High Richter. 3) In Scanlan's dream, the leftmost frame contains the "Wanted: Mercenaries" poster from S1E1.

A lot of people think that key will be for the mansion they used that scanlan cast that's why he got the key

I honestly like that answer just like how they showed him learning polymorph from a scroll. Scanlan getting the mansion from a magical item is a nice way to add it to the show.
