You may have seen on the news stories about the new home of the Egyptian kings in the new museum in Cairo. However, you don’t have to go all the way to Egypt to meet these ancient kings! In this virtual tour of floor 0 of the 𝐄𝐠𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧 in Italy, we will go through the Gallery of Kings, seeing unique portraits of ancient rulers from the New Kingdom period. Join us on this tour to also see a fully reconstructed temple originally built by king Thutmose III in Nubia, moved to the Museo Egizio as part of a salvage campaign.
