I bought my VP9SK LE a few years ago. I carry it with the 13 round mag in the gun, an extra 17 round mag in a IWB mag carrier. Shooting it with friends has led to one friend buying a VP9, (he's a big guy), and another buying 2 VP9SKs. She has two homes wanted to have one in each. As far as the paddle mag release, I love it, and so do the friends I've shot with.

Anybody who has ever shot it has tried to buy one. Not everyone has been able to afford it. Always feel better knowing I have it on me.

I love the 2022 as well. slightly bigger, but a great option for sure. But I will always recommend the VP9sk. It is an honor to help protect my church community for sure. But I will say you have to think very differently when you are carrying for more than you and your family! Thanks for supporting the channel!

I like my VP9sk so much I bought a second one in another color. I just picked up a few 17 round HK mags for H/D and backup. I run Speer gold dots. The VP9sk shoots soft and comfortable. The grip feels like it was custom made for my hand.

I think I made a mistake buying the button version. Even with the small back straps my thumb could barely reach the button. I might need to buy the paddle version as well and have two of them LOL

Man I just picked up the optics ready vp9 sk and wow do I love it. I own a 365 xl, Glock 19 gen 5, and some other weapons… the vp9 sk in my opinion is just in its own league.. I am very accurate with it and it is very comfortable. Plus it looks the coolest.

Hey Bucket, I just bought the same gun at the end of May, I was holding out for the SigP320XCarry but could not find one. I went ahead and bought my VP9SK, and fell in love with it. It makes average shooters like myself, much better shooters. I have the same problem with the 15 round magazine not locking back after the last round, not sure if it's me or something else. I heard that could be a weak spring in the magazine. Great video, keep up the good work.

I love the H&K pistols. Especially the paddle-style mag release. I also agree that it shoots very well. A few complimentary items are the HK Parts 2+ pinkie extension and the Viridian C5L light & green laser combo. I have to admit - Your hands and fingers in front of the barrel makes me nervous.

I have the H&K 13 round and 15 round mags that are amazing. I have the Valkary 2 that I love for a light. Sorry for freaking you out, I assure you that all the guns I handle have been checked multiple times to insure they are clear. I am the only member of my staff, and the guns never leave my sight.

@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed I too head up our church safety team. I find it a challenge to get others on the staff to train and contribute to the designated Safety fund for future training. It's almost like they are waiting for someone else to pay and then just mooch off them. It's a sore subject but I digress. As far as the comment about fingers in front of the barrel, I have to pose this question to those that are worried. When you KNOW the weapon is SAFE then it is SAFE. How will someone clean it if they constantly think the weapon is loaded? Common sense has to prevail at some point. I too have decided on the SK OR model over the Shadow Systems CR920 in my case. I think you may like the HK p30sk LEM model, I prefer the p30 series over the vp9 series but they are both excellent.

I have the VP9SK I carry with the extended magazine which gives me 12 rounds. Look up HK parts to see everything they offer.

Take that holster to your grinder/ sander and sand down that top part of the holster about a 1/2"; so that it doesn't pinch you. It's just kydex, super easy to reshape it how you need it.. People are making and changing different holsters everyday and evolving all the time; its not an exact science. If that thing is pinching you, cut it back out of the way. It's just a sweat shield to keep the gun off of your skin.. it will still be there, cutting the top off a little is not going to hurt anything at all.. UGD said so, so that means you gotta do it.

Bucket, look at a stealthgear (iwb) holster. They are a little pricey but extremely comfortable. I have several for a variety of pistols. I have no problem with concealment. It will eliminate your muffin pinch.

26 is a good gun. The only time that it does not lock back is when I am riding the slides top. Thanks for your support!

I have the HK P30SK with the manual safety. I prefer the manual safety for my situation.

I think a safety is a great option for those who train with it!. I have never had luck at training myself to take the safety off. That is just me not for everyone for sure! Thanks for supporting the channel!

I have 4 VP9s (2 are on permanent loan to my son and daughter in law, matching bronze slides on black frames) and 2 SKs (2 each in black and bronze, to have matching sets) ... all 6 have the paddle style mag release, night sights and various mags ranging from 10 to 17 rounds and I run Underwood Xtreme Defender through them (H&K advises not to use the +P+) ... you can keep your Glocks, Shields and all the rest ... I shot them all in my decision making process ... for me, there is no comparison

I feel the same way. I will tale an adoption if you are loaning H&K's lol. In my hand these are the best guns. I have shot so many and these seem to be what I shoot the most accurately. Thanks for supporting the channel!

I was sold on the Sig P320 when I walked into the gun store but decided to handle a few more options ... when I picked up the VP9, it like melded into my hand and into my mind, there was no other for me ... when I shot the rental at their indoor range, I proposed on the spot

I wish you would carry at work my man….. I’ve got kids in school and I would feel much better if mature experienced teachers could be armed in case of an active shooter scenario I think many other parents feel the same Great gun pick mine up Wednesday

I feel that an educator that wants and is trained to conceal and carry, can be a huge difference in the safety of schools, but it would take parents going to board meetings to let the districts know that they want that in their kids schools. School Boards have a tendency to be very Liberal, and they need to hear from conservative parents often to make good decisions.

Hey bud check out the Girsan mc28 sa T its a Turkish made double stacked 9mm that comes with a red dot. It makes me hard thinking about it.

I actually owned that gun. It was so cool loved the lightning cuts. When I got it we were at the range with the UGD and used hand lotion to lube it up and it ran like a champ. That Turkish goodness is gooder

Make sure the church agrees to financially Back you up if the lawsuits start coming.. Psoriasis: my Dermatologist recommend this and it cleared up about 98% in 4 months 1. Great blind buy! I too carry the vp9sk. Best ergos hands down. Built like a tank. I have a question and this is not mocking or being rude, it is very genuine. I am curious as to why christians/church would feel the need to have guns in the church. Should that not be a faith matter to where if God does not want something to happen in the church then he would protect the people?? I just wonder how that is looked at and perceived. Thank you Sir.

God gave people free will, so bad people do bad things. God asks his followers to serve in a multitude of ways. I protect the house, and serve in the kids ministry. And many other things

Sin is in the world. God sends his protection in many ways. God's people have always had Armies. God has sent his protection as blessings of insight to many of his followers. Hence many medical advancements. So on and so forth. He calls some to protect his flock with a gun. That is one of my callings.

The one reason I never bought an HK is because I thought the gun was overpriced for what you're getting. That was the one reason, but now I find out. The firearm pinches you when you carry it and the paint falls off the cocking indicator. And this is like the 4th video that an individual said the paint comes off the cocking indicator. 🤔 Interesting, for all that money? very interesting.

I understand your hesitation. I have helped many a novice into there first handgun/ccw. Everyone shoots my EDC the best. But no one has been willing to fork out the money to make one their 1st gun. At this point the VP9sk is antiquated to most, but it has had over 5k rounds through it, and I have no intention of replacing it. Thanks for supporting the channel
