Zuke due to having a degree in fine arts and music would obviously recognized these kinds of piano skills but the reason why he said Triplets was to relay a message to Mayday as quick and effective as possible. He never would have underestimate Yinu but he probably didn't take in account of how skilled she truly is. So when Yinu went into a no holds-bar ffrenzy, Zuke was absolutely floored with how she was able to play such difficult music techniques with such skill, especially with how young she is. He would have been too shocked to process every technique Yinu's pulling out and Mayday wouldn't understand half of it so with his quick thinking, he yelled out "Oh no, Triplets!" and was able to convey the message to Mayday that Yinu brought the big guns and she was hitting it HARD. The reason why Mayday understood what Zuke was saying is because Triplets is a guitar technique and playing it was difficult, especially when you are the playing the role of the Rhythm Guitar which focuses on driving the music and lock in with other instruments such as the bass and drums, which is Mayday's role. Since triplets are commonly used in rock music, it makes sense for Mayday to learn about Triplets and understand why they were considered hard, hence why she was able to understand what Zuke was saying. To Mayday, Triplets are difficult and if Yinu is playing Triplets, whether it be on a piano or a guitar, Mayday understands immediately that Yinu isn't holding back anymore and that this was her true skills. You don't mess with the Golden Maestro of Vinyl City, Mayday and Zuke learned that the hard way.

At age 20, Yinu will be able to play Black midi on her piano.

I absolutely adore how this was written as a duet for two pianos. Yinu's dad helpin' her to snap her mom back to her side and not in front of her to steal the audience's attention.

I think Yinu wanted to show off her true artsenal (sorrynotsorry), and went with: syncopation, faster tempo, triplets, accentuation, creschendos and diminuendos, notes switching octaves and more complicated stuff. (What I could hear and see in the music sheet) And Zuke, who couldn't process everything at once, just said triplets to make May understand that she pulled out the big guns. Now I'm imagining Mayday showing off a perfect, no sweat F chord XD.

Worth mentioning - Yinu pulls THIS off and breaks the rhythm display out of pure SPITE. She doesn't care anymore about pleasing Mama or warding off B2J by that point, since she asserts she hates ALL OF THEM by the start of this solo.

I just realised something. Mayday had to destroy Yinu’s piano in order to get her to stop. Does that mean that if it weren’t for Mayday, Yinu would have kept going? Does this mean this complex piece is just one part of a bigger piece?

I think that the way yinu plays in such a desprate and spastic way is because throughout the battle you can see yinu and her mom become distant, as it seems her mom only wants to get rid of B2J, and is only told to “play louder yinu”

Every time I look and listen to this piece, I just wonder on how this would sound like Live. Imagine two pianos on stage and they just DEMOLISH the performance.

No not at all I think its still triplets This piano play includes the other instruments on the finale ost the original piano play however is drowned by the other piano keys that represents the instruments. This is a duo's piano play if you include the other parts
