The tractor model Virat 270 plus was purchased in march 2019. Since then each service has been done on or before time, but Gearbox and its pinion performance is the worst I have ever seen in any tractor. Multiple times complaints has been made to the responsible service engineer via the service center, either he is not well trained or well skilled to handle the issue, we are not in situation to operate with present gearbox noise and at load. Clutch plate, pinion, bearings, head gasket everything has been replaced within 2 year of the operation. (warranty 5 year for what? we are not in situation to pay even the monthly EMİs because of the expenses made for it frequently maintenance). We have proper records of the servicing and other maintenance, our request is to either handle it or we are going to make a complain in consumer court.

Sab thik hai bade tractor ke baraber dam lagate ho. To chhota tractor lene se kya fayda.chhota kisan hai to kya kar uske pass etana rakam chukane ke liye nahi rahata .kist per le to etana byaj laga dete hai ki karj se urin hi nahi ho pata. ma kisan hoo all redi pahale se karjdar hoo kc c ka to batao hame tractor kis tarike se milega.(14bigha) (12family)aay250000salina. Jaldi hi uttur dena.

Kindly ignore buying of vst mini tractor bsz all parts r verry poor quality as like wileseel of all four wheels nd feedback of gear box is verry low quality..
