Inspired by the fact she's feeding people, Amy chose to raise her family while continuing to work on the farm. For five generations, the Richardson Family Farm has been working the rolling hills of Hartland, diversifying over the years to operate several farming enterprises like maple and split rail fencing. Amy helps manage a herd of Jersey cows producing some of Vermont’s highest-quality milk for Cabot Creamery Co-operative's award-winning cheese.
