Yeah feels like her voice is not recognized enough, people almost always talk about other metal singers voices except Sharon's voice, as if its not on the same league if not higher.

I am a huge fan of Within Temptation, so i knew Sharon could sing. But this version of Just what I need tonight is simply incredible. This is absolute world top. I hope Within Temptation puts this song on their playing list on their tour.

There are so many great WT songs, both originals and covers, plus the stuff Sharon does... Unfortunately they can pack only so much songs into their 2 hours live shows. But, yeah, one of her covers from Liefde Voor Muziek played by WT would be amazing.

She could sing a phone book and make it sound moving and angelic. Ann Wilson is my favorite female vocalist ever, but Sharon is the first person I've heard which is in the same universe as Ann, for me. Her talent is remarkable.

It feels a bit weird to hear such lyrics from Sharon, but she totally nailed it and could give any emotion the song needed 🔥 It shows how in deep she feels and lives the music. I have a blast whenever I listen to this cover. Greetings from May 2020.

Sharon is stronger on all elements of singing - tone quality (hers is rich and multi-layered, unlike Amy's, which is mono-syllabic and at times downright dull); Sharon can belt out of her head voice, chest voice AND diaphragm voice - almost sounding like three different women - EXCEPT that she is SO adept at it, you always know it's Sharon! Such a gift. Sharon is able to sing a wide array of genres. including rock, pop, and even country! Have you ever heard "Things I Should Have Said"??? Amy NEVER could pull that off! Never. Then there's the whole aspect of performance. Sharon is such a great, accomplished performer that she's been known to make grown men cry. Amy can't seem to be able to sing a song without sounding like she is ready to cry. I am NOT saying that Amy is not great; I am saying that she's not nothing on Sharon. Nothing. Not even looks.

5 or 6 years ago I was listening to Sharon singing live Iron and and saying that she didn't seem capable to belt any high notes anymore and that she should be doing falsetto instead... but now this. Oh, Sharon, I have always loved your voice, but you have been outperforming yourself again and again near to perfection in the past years.

Wow!! Sharon and her bandmates NEVER cease to amaze, and certainly never disappoint...one of the most innovative enterprises, if not the most, in music. Their tunes, style, approach resonate with my soul on the most profound levels...very thankful I can enjoy them now, as for so long (through the 80s, 90s, had to settle for metal, rock, and pop that never came close!!!)
