TLDR; Mr. Dossow is quick with games, not a fan of Spaghetto, characters were not presented very well, DOSSOW GAMES TIERLIST STREAM NOW If there's one thing to admire about A. V. Dossow games, it's how fast they are made because jesus christ A House 4 Alesa came out 24 days ago, feeling old yet? Nah jk. I guess having the character sprites already made from Honey's other game(s) helped too, but still. I agree with you, this game just kind of... meh. Nothing particulary noteable, good or bad. Except Spaghetto. I'll be flamed by the wrath of humanity for this, but the Spaghetto joke got dry VERY quick, Mr. Dossow has gone too far this time (semi-joking). There's alot on emphasis on the characters, which could've been great if it would've fleshed them out more. Instead, it felt like most interactions would hammer down character traits that we ALREADY knew, and oh boy, there isn't alot to hammer down. As it is, it feels like we're witnessing a writer worshiping their characters with no plans to add to them, all while, for the amount of games they're in (3 with this one, I think), some of them could've used a biiiiiiiiit more. y'know. character. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, that would be hypocrisy, but when doing that in a game that presents them for the first time, towards an audience that will most likely have never seem before, presenting them like this can be a baffling decision. I haven't played the other games, obviously, and I'm willing to bet that there's more to be taken from the characters in those and that we are not witnessing the best of Honey's character writing, but as I've said, *as this is the first time meeting these characters, I have to take them as how they are presented. And as they are presented here, I am not inclined to check out more of them.* Overall, not the best work of either of them. I love Mr. Dossow's games - they're not the most serious games ever, but they can still be found enjoyable - and Ava's Spiritual Guidance was really great too, so I am willing to pass this off as 2 devs having the occasional not-so-great game (everyone has one of those, that much I can say). I commend their work, the art was nice - a bit funky at times but that never stopped me from enjoying anything - and the game still had some enjoyable moments to watch, so this is not outright trash in the slightest. And finally, great video. Seeing you play something not-so-peak is still enjoyable because mean Moriko best Moriko--- I-I mean, because it's always interesting to see good intentioned and meaning critisism in things. Now that you mentioned this game being low on the Dossow games list, I kind of want to see you do a tierlist of his games. I'm sure you are the most capable of doing one...
