Also people go vegan not just for health but ethical reasons as well. Kindly watch 'Horrors in dairy industry' and 'Dairy is beef' videos on youtube. This will give you further understanding as to why milk never belonged to us in the first place. Once again, heartfelt thanks for making this video and helping cruelty-free food gain fuether popularity.

Vegan is not diet, It is philosophy and way of life, try to avoid animal exploitation as much as possible like avoiding meet,milk, leather,fur etc.

Vegan food is plant based food, so no honey also. It is not a diet. Its a lifestyle. People opt for vegan lifestyle for ethical reasons as dairy industry has more cruelty than meat industry. Some for health reasons and for environmental reasons. Vegan food is NOT expensive. If you go to finedine places then you are projecting wrong image. Goto any bhojnalay or thali joint. Most food is vegan by default. Just skip ghee vaghar, chaas, dahi. For 120 Rs.onwards you can eat full meal.

vegan diet is not just for weight loss, the main reason most people go vegan is because of the torture towards all animals. really, this is not limited to just health. maybe do some research before you make a video.

Gunjan, I highly appreciate you taking your fans through an episode of Vegan food tour. Thanks for creating awareness about the same. But i would like to throw light on the fact that vegan food need not be expensive. I am a vegan since almost 5 years now. Almost all gujurati cuisine without ghee and dairy products are vegan by default. I make chaas from homemade coconut milk at which is just ₹25/- litre. Also, gaathiya, thepla, paani puri, samosa, bhel, chaat, dal dhokli etc are vegan by default. You can go to any local restaurant and make your food vegan by asking them to avoid putting dairy and honey in it. This video was fun but abbit delusional as everyone will feel that vegan food is expensive. Request you to make a video on cheap vegan food accidentally available in Ahmedabad and elsewhere. That will be much more convincing and eye opening for all the non-vegans.

Oooooh really?????? So, do you know that at your "Baap-Dada's" time, Animals weren't exploited for their Milk. Baby calves, Male Calves, Old Cows, Buffaloes weren't sent for Slaughter at that time. You Hypocrite and Speciesist Vegetarians are FAKE. MILK = BEEF = LEATHER
