Great kit. Seems like you could have made the depinger into a gauge block/port for a pressure gauge. That way we could check the plenum pressure like they do on some of the high end guns. I understand that not everyone wants to drill a hole in their plenum but it at least could be offered as an option.

I just got this kit last week from Mr.King , I am astonished on how my Vulcan3 700 transformed, I was able to push NSA 43.5g slugs 6.35 @ 990 fps with almost no effort, the adapter for extra air tank volume 700cc is a must-have mod The regulator seat metal piece did clearly improve the fps consistancy Thanks Jeremy, Well done 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@@salmanaljuaid6359 ولاتهون أخوي سلمان ، ركبت اسطوانة ٧٠٠ ، ورميت اربع محالات (اربعين رصاصة نيلسن ٤٣ قرين) على سرعة ٩٨٠ ونزل الضغط من ثلاثمية بار الى ميتين بار ، يعني بيكفيك الى ستين طلقة حتى يوصل ١٥٠ بار ، وكنت اقدر اوصل السرعة فوق الالف بالراحة لكن خفت على البلف من قوة الطق فكانت هذي أفضل سرعة من ناحية راحة الهمر وضغط المنظم ( اللي رفعته الى ١٥٠ بار )

@@salmanaljuaid6359 ماامداني أجرب تجميعها لكن اتوقع ماراح تختلف عن أي تجميع بسرعة ٩٨٠ سواء كانت ثلاثة وثلاثين او اربعة وثلاثين قرين، الكت هذي تعطي الفولكان قوة لدفع السلق الثقيل ، التجميع يعتمد على تويست سبطانتك ونوعية السلق فما راح يختلف عليك

I purchased this kit and got delivered from SA to EU in no time. Install was easy, did a little mistake and AAO replied instantly for a fix. Everything works as described. Could ‘t recommend more.

These are such dope guns.... EXCEPT they absolutely need an operating pressure gauge (100% critical) and an externally adjustable regulator! Maybe you guys can develop something like that? 😉

@African Air Ordnance .. I purchased this kit and installed the black spring with the debounce spring. With the hammer adjustment backed out as far as will fit into the stock the gun is almost impossible to cock. Feels gritty even though I lubed the slip collar well with silicone grease. You have to really yank the cocking lever hard to engage the sear. Also the magazine plates don't fit well. They hold some of the screws at a slight angle so you really have to tighten them down to make the magazines fit the gun again which displaces the o-rings causing them to drag on slugs in two spots. The magazines can no longer be loaded from the top due to the new plate opening being smaller than the original. Now the mags must be loaded from the other side. No problems with any other parts but I have not tried the super heavy spring. V3 .30 cal long, from USA. Please help.

You will need to open the loading slot up on the plate with a Dremel to work for 30 cal also you can slightly open up the screw holes on the mag plates to using a small drill bit when you install the hammer springs you need to remove the plastic guide and install the springs without the plastic guide it Also you only need to put the debounce spring in if you are going to run the Reg over 200 bar please note the springs will be hard to cock at first given that they are more powerful but they will break in

@@AfricanAirOrdnance Removing the debounce spring made it much better. The magazine top plates just have the holes misaligned so drilling them larger still leaves the screw heads at an angle that stops the magazine fitting in the gun. Also the o-rings prevent the magazine indexing. The fix was to open the holes to a little over 3mm and grind the bevel around each hole larger with a 45 degree stone. I designed and 3d printed plastic spacers to replace the top plate o-rings. Available free at thingiverse. Tagged Vulcan 3 and African Air Ordnance. You or anyone else may use them freely. This is not a complaint. I'm happy with the kit and I thank you for your work. AVS 70 grain .30 cal flat base slugs fit my magazines perfectly now.

what makes the new bottle adapter different than the original? i dont get why u can put a bigger bottle on the new one as apposed to the old one. are the threads different? ill be installing this kit in a few days . i dont know if it makes any sense to even change that part out as i dont plan to get a bigger tank.

You can't remove the threaded end off the original bottle its actually part of the original bottle so if you want to use a aftermarket carbonfibre bottle you need a adapter

Why because pushing 40 gn Slugs at high verlocity let's see you push 40 gn Slugs at that speed and not get a drop off FYI they don't drop off a cliff it's a gradule slope

You can use the plates on bigger calibres but you will need to open the load slot with a dremel

A garrafa de fibra de carbono é de 700cc em comparação com 580cc do original a peça instalada no plenário é para reduzir o ruído twang que vem para a arma quando você atira nela como ele cany ser bastante irritante em seu ouvido cada vez que você atirar a arma

By keeping pressure on the back of the hammer after the gun is fired on the factory set up after the gun is fired there is a small amount of free space this space let's the the hamer rebound off the back of the valve stem as the poppet closes the small spring eliminate the free travel The hammer bounce is only a issue when you run over 200 bar regulator pressure at low reg pressure its not a issue u do you need to change out the hammer spring you only need to change over if you want to run much higher reg pressure that the factory spring cannot over come to open the valve

You could do away with the regulator but you would need to make a part that seals of the regulator hole in the airtube or simply adjust the regulator that its open and not regulating the air pressure down

@@AfricanAirOrdnance I do not understand. With my AEA HP I removed the pressure regulator that was inside the tank and I reached 230 jaules without problems. Obviously I have fewer shots but deadly. And compared to the Vulcan 3 it is very small and compact.

@@AfricanAirOrdnance AEA hp 9 mm caliber reaches 274 m/s // 900-905FPS 79gr I can fire 5 good shots. Then the fps drops because it obviously doesn't have the regulator. But as I repeat, it is deadly. The AEA produces large caliber pcp rifles. 30 (7.62mm) 0.35 (9mm) 0.45 (11.45mm) 0.50 (12.7mm)
