Hello. I have a Golf 5 from 2003. On the front doors my windows regulator motors doesn't have the pins installed. On the driver side with part number 1K0959793C, only have the 19 pin. On passenger side with part number 1K0959792C, the 18 and 19 pin is not available. Is there other way to install the door warning lights without these pins?

What cable are you using? I keep getting a "no response from controller" message.

Worked great on my 2017 mk7 gti. I used a "posi-tap" to tap into wire #16 and brown ground wire #5. I did not have to code my car and they came on with the illuminated door entrance sill plates. I didn't unplug any of the other door connectors or even the door handle. Just put a kid stool under the door panel to prop it on lol.

You dont need to remove the door 😂😂 you can just unclip all clips and leave the window side in.
