Our first South East Mk2 Golfs event of 2024 didn't quite go as planned! Our original destination were unprepared - you could call it an April Fool's joke, meaning a great excuse to head out onto the road for a Mk2 Golf cruise to our next meeting point.
A huge selection of Mk2 Golfs attended, from show cars, track cars, GTIs, daily Mk2s and everyone was here for a great, chilled event with mates.

Awesome first meet of the year. The second location (The Potting Shed) was hands down a far better location. What a feeling seeing all those mk2s together on the mini cruise ❤

Absolutely loved it and so great seeing all the Mk2s (and other Retro VAG stuff). Very excited about the season ahead now.

Small bumpers rock! 😎 The brown one sure is gorgeous! (but then they all are). Props to the Potting Shed for coming up trumps 👍

@@golfmk2 If I can only have one favourite, it's always going to be G999 (Alex's). But if the owner of C215 wants shot of it (after all, who wants a brown car 😁), then I might be prepared to have my arm twisted - under sufferance of course!
