This is a VW Passat that the head was rebuilt after water pump failed snapping cambelt. head removed and gasket replaced, Valve rockers replaced where needed and new tappets, valves checked if bent and tested for leaks after grinding in. Engine starts well as seen but when it reaches temperature it runs erratically, no faults seen on VCDS. see part 2 for the sound after temperature reached. Injectors refferbed and coded wth VCDS.
