In this video I’m removing grab handle from the barn doors. Getting it painted and ready to fit the reversing camera.

Mr Tdubz I kid you not, I was attempting this today myself to fit my camera. Undid the two nuts on inner frame and couldb't get the bolts on the left off! Pulled out the insulation and carpetting! Looked at the mechanism and knew I didn't want to go doen that route. Ended up routing the cable through the grommet and outside the door/handle for now. Will try the inner handle removal tomorrow. Im going to wrap my handle in carbon, or might paint! Cheers for the vid, you timed this well!👍

No worries, I wrapped mine in white carbon for about 5 mins... didn’t look right.. good luck with yours 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Invaluable video for me, as had a wiring fault in the registration lights and needed to take the exterior handle off - Thanks so much for the efforts in putting this for all to see - Nice Van also - better than mine (if you still have it??) ! :)

Great video, most useful when I had to replace my rear view camera. I know you said it was a pain to get the black handle piece refitted, I found after struggling with it that it went straight back in after I released the metal main frame enough to pull it out slightly.

Great video, we have just lined our van in smoke after previously having a darker lining, so much lighter now. Looking at fitting a reversing camera on our T5.1, cables are already fed through

That’s the next mod for me, gunna take my head lining down and thread it through should be easy enough lol

@@tomtdubz I have already threaded the video wire just waiting to see what's next. I previously had a camera on my T6 through the headlining to the barn doors, not easy to get the wire through the rubber door thingy lol

Use a metal coat hanger 👌🏻 plug and play on mine, started fitting video will be along soon 👊🏻

Mate love what u and my stickers I got from u are amazing I might have a little project if ur interested with ur vinyl u did me a personalized red m&rdub sticker I had my wheels done in candy white and want a touch of red on the on the inner wondering if u would be able to help but again keep doing what ur doing mush it’s great viewing
