VW T5 Transporter 4x4 DIY World Tour Vehicle walk around. Hand built on a 2012 VW T5 transporter van by David and Veronica in a period of 18 months.
Beautiful build and a very powerful engine output.
Also something I forgot to mention was the suspension upgrade , it is running a 2” lift kit by Bilstein along with load rated springs to take the additional weight.

Wonderful indepth narration of the vehicle, that shows your deep knowledge about the mechanics. Kudos to you, I’ve a question for you please try to answer as it helps to rectify same problem with my Thar, how did they remove DEF and DPF and remapped. Can this be adopted in New Thar too? TIA

Thank you, elimination of DPF / DEF is a common practice all over the world. I have seen that happening in Hiluxes here, but not for the Thar so far. But definitely doable.
