As a fellow jamaican, I have always been out spoken about the injustice and corrupt system in Jamaica and around the world. As someone who work in the Security field I have seen alot around the world. What happend to Kartel and his co accused was a miss carriage of justice by a currupted system who feared the influence of a ghetto youth who have been opening the eyes of the poor, I hope the court of appeal do the right thing and recommend that an investigation is launch into the Prosecutors office in Jamaica.

All I gotta say is that I feel that it's a setup and they need to free and compensate him for his time spent in prison. He would of been a whole lot more famous and influential than he currently is right now but then again that's probably what they were afraid of. As an Englishman. I can't help but he shocked at this case. Had this have been in the UK the judge would have had no choice but to call for a miss trial. Da comment ya ago long but it needed. *sips rum* Me hear a inspector seh the case get fuck but kartel ago find guilty but walk pan the appeal and my thinking is that they couldnt afford for him to walk financially and because of their personal vendetta against him so kartel spending time in prison is a win for them knowing he will never win a lawsuit against them or if he does he won't live to collect it so they will get a small victory nontheless. Pointers: all the evidence provided in the appeal was brought to the attention of the court from the original trial but they choose to ignore it. The message was manufactured to explain the reason why lizard body was never recovered and it ties back to a song kartel sang so it would seemed as if he bragged about killing him when he said " chop him up fine and fling him inna bush, mek him rotten and stink and swell up and pop". Even the voice note can be questioned as you said always thought they should have twins of twins make some recording for them and play it in court and ask the witness to identify the voice then flop him when they reveal it's not vybz kartel. There's so much to let him walk but if they say he won't then he won't because the system is the system
