Such kazan preparation before cooking is suitable only for Uzbek kazans. Because they are lubricated with cottonseed oil at the end of production. Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Chinese boilers are lubricated with technical grease, so you will have to work on them for about 6 hours to prepare them for work. They will need to be heated for 3-4 hours. and if they have a rough surface, you will need to grind them additionally, and then do the same steps as in this video. Therefore, think carefully when choosing which boiler to buy.
Preparation of Uzbek kazan is very simple:
1. Wash with water.
2. Heat to remove moisture.
3. Heat with oil.
