I like 95% of my music faster paced (wild side, looks that kill, heatseeker, body talk, dance, etc.) Slower songs I like are Widowmaker, Dream Evil, Night Songs and one of my favorites is Last In In Line.

If they only toned down the whole S&M / Satan gimmick sooner, they could have really blown up with the likes of Motley Crue and some other big names. But Blackie had his own cartoonish vision for the band and he stuck with it.

I have been a freaking W.A.S.P., since they first came out in the early 80's . I'm 55 now ,and still listen to them like it was yesterday when they first came out. There's no other band like W.A.S.P. robin cosby WASP are pretty unique at least to my ears, i can't find many bands that stands to their style, perhaps Twisted Sister were and a bit UDO... they're unique and yes they have assembled scraps, who didn't.. I can name many top bands who just play to have their picture taken

God I miss the early days of W.A.S.P. in LA. Their shows kicked butt and had everything from naked girls, blood, fire, raw meat being thrown into the crowd, fireworks shooting out of blackie's pants, and non-stop head banging action from Chris. Of course that was back in the days when the venues were small and you still could talk with the band before they went on. Those were great days.

This song brings back happy memories of going to gigs to see rock outfits like the band Knightrider from Glasgow, who played music similar to WASP. Blissful memories of an era when rock ruled the airwaves and great songs like this were on daytime radio all the time. Saw W.A.S.P once, with my pops, and it will only be once. It was at a nice venue, Starland Ballroom. I cant think of seeing them again, and it topping the previous show. There is never a time we hear their songs, and not think of Blackie running around stage, and riding elvis, and back to stage.

No offense, but I remember what KISS was like in 1986, and I can't think of many bands that COULDN'T have stolen the show from them. Eric Carr and Bruce Kulick both deserved to be in a better band at that point.

Wasp was the most epic band of the 80s. I remember hearing Scream until you like it in Ghoulies for the first time on 2. I then looked the band up, and I was hooked for life. They were exactly what I was looking for. And Blackie Lawless' voice is just something else!

Saw these in the Victoria Hall Hanley on their last command tour. Brings back good memories of being young all those years ago and having long hair and no worries. Went with a good friend who has just passed away of covid while working as a porter in the Royal Stoke Hospital aged 52. Here’s to you Adam, good times back then. RIP my friend.

I heard he suffered from a rare genetic disorder that calcified his connective tissue, and when he was in his teens his spine fused. He suffered an unfortunate accident in high school playing football, and he broke many of his vertebra. The doctors used what was then pioneering surgery to straighten his spine with with steel joists, hence his upright gait. Actually I just made all of that up.

Just heard this live in Tampere, Finland on Friday 12 th. and I wanna be somebody and was amazed how on earth not only band was very good but also Blackie and his voice was still full of power and dynamics and still he managed to keep the tune correctly.
