🙌🏻this is my childhood food, no more raw egg served with this beef rice in HK . It is almost served with fried egg in restaurants in Hk nowadays 🥲

個不銹鋼煲仔，係咪一定要先整到？如在英國，有冇其他方便替代品？

可以用普通不鏽鋼兜仔，佢有少少高度就可以了，如果真係冇任何不鏽鋼用具，用瓷碗代替都可以，你可以落牛肉之後比影片建議時間再蒸多2-3分鐘，希望幫到你呀！多謝收看！
