A reborn ancient drama. Fl and ML well known actors. But the meeting afterwards with FL , kid and ML was a bit confusing. We can also see ML hiding his identity. As we keep on watching everything falls in right places. This story is not at all boring. No drag scenes. Some part the English subtitles won't be available was a bit frustrating. Fl is indeed smart to recognize war king. The way she teases him is funny to watch 🤩.No harem wars, No other girl torturing princess. A classic drama to watch. Its a fine story. The script writer focused more on history. The child actor was talented and cute. It was too much fun to watch him. The script writer did justice to both the story and their history. As an audience i hope to watch more of these kind of dramas.

This is yet another - great - version of the “Modern day doctor transmigrates into ancient times”-story. I loved this smart and strong FL who wasn’t easily bullied and this powerful ML. I especially liked that the hidden identity wasn’t long and that FL played tricks on ML to “punish” him for lying. How refreshing. Definitely well worth the watch. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! In ancient times a Princess (the Prime minister’s daughter) is drugged by her jealous sister and ends up spending the night with the masked The God of War - despite being engaged to the Crown Prince. So the Emperor bestows a marriage between the two, but on the wedding day, she is poisoned (also by her sister) and collapses during the ceremony, making it look like she committed suicide. The masked God of War (ML) orders her buried in the mass grave, but before her body is taken away, the soul of a modern day female doctor (FL) transmigrates into the body. Since she is not dead, he orders the ceremony be finalized. But soon, a decree ordering ML to lead troops to fight an attacking enemy arrives, leading for FL to be confined at his mansion. 5 years later, although rumored dead, the unmasked ML returns from battle and seeks out a doctor to cure the poison in his body.
