6:32 all schools are the same. I studied Shan Tao primary school and Tshung Tsin secondary school, accidently being trained in Wall Street. I have many cousins studied in Tenom Kampong schools, ended up become medical doctors. I have one cousin graduated from Cambridge university UK.

wow, I knew education in KK is good. Thank you for sharing to make sure that we made the right decision
a lot of studies show that Thailand canal is not feasible , ships do not come to Sarawak/Sabah, because of not enough volume and not enough political will to change
@jojojoy4 ай бұрын
It is already happening. Sabah can accept ships from foreign countries now starting this year. West Malaysia took 95% of east Malaysia's resources. Just imagine West Malaysia without the oil and gas from Sabah and Sarawa, it can only go downhill from now on.

@@MrSungku East coast of Sabah is potentially dangerous compared to west coast due to proximity to southern Philippines because the people there claimed eastern part of Sabah belongs to them. About 25 years ago, a small group of them landed on Lahad Datu and robbed a bank. I'm sure they killed at least one person too. A few years later, they also kidnaped a few people in the sea outside of Semporna town but I haven't heard any bad things happened in the past 10 years.
If you want to get rich in Sabah. You have to involve palm oil industry and timber industry.
@sabah-travel4 ай бұрын
yes, Palm and timber business can generate tons of money and that's why some of the sabahan are super wealthy, we are talking about billions in USD. But there are more than just palm and timer, anything related to F&B, oil and gas, farm land, seafood and real estate. The natural resources are abundant here in Sabah. Even sand can generate income for Sabah.
I just wonder how your kids are able to fit in to a Chinese Primary School unless they' have good Mandarin language skill which is unusual for kids grow up in western countries. Well unless they start from Year 1.
@sabah-travel5 ай бұрын
we expected them to fail the first year, but any improvement will be rewarded. Just like in life, it doesn't hurt to fail when you are young.

@@sabah-travel Assuming the curriculum is still the same as before. English language should be a piece of cake for them and Bahasa Malaysia is easier compared to the rest of the Chinese subjects. However they should be able to familiar themselves with Chinese language as everyone is communicating in Mandarin. Since it's KK, some probably communicate in Hakka. Anyway they should be fine after a year.
It was the west Malaysian lead government who failed to develop this beautiful state even though the state contributed huge revenue especially on taxes derived from O&G products.
