有什麼運動可以改善拇趾外翻, 我們先來了解下什麼叫拇趾外翻, 就是大拇趾外面有個骨頭突出來, 有時會見到紅腫的情況, 走路的時候會在大拇趾的位置特別痛, 通常拇指外翻不是一下子骨頭突了出來 而是經過長年累月的勞損 才會有腳骨變形的. 可分開有四個不同階段, 第一階段可能我們察覺到大拇趾外邊開始有骨頭少許突出, 然後過了沒多久之後看到大拇趾跟第二隻腳趾距離開始有些少碰著的, 然後再到下一階段時 就見到拇趾壓住第二隻腳趾, 走路的時候大拇趾和在第一 二隻腳趾的腳面上面筋膜會特別痛, 然後到第四個階段, 最差的階段, 大拇趾會重曡在二腳趾向上疊或者向下曡著的....
Today I will talk about what exercise can improve hallux valgus. Let me first explain what is hallux valgus. You can see the bone at the big toe is sticking out and sometimes may have redness and swelling. The big toe feel painful during walking. Hallux valgus does not immediately show up, it is usually from wear and tear. There are four different stages. The first stage, we notice our big toe going sideways, seems to protrude out a bit. Then not long after
will start to see the big and second toe touching each other, then at the next stage, the big toe starts to press on the second toe. Pain occur on the outside of the big toe, when you start walking, the tendon between the big and the second toe is painful.The worst stage is stage 4, the big toe would overlap on the second toe...

我對腳成日抽筋 , 有時半夜會腳趾抽筋 , 一定要儘快起身企係地下如果遲左 , 好快就變左小腿果度抽筋 , 但有時係腳板抽筋 , 企又企唔到 , 要扶住企係度 , 坐底都唔得 , 所以唔敢去咁遠 , 點好呢 ? 唔該王醫師

我都6x歲 , 後生份工都係要著高踭鞋仲要尖咀 . 跟住又試過坐骨發炎 , 又係街跌到 , 之後右邊由盤骨到腳眼都痛到流眼淚 , 有時應該係風濕 , 準過天文台
