Thank you for these tutorials sir. i can not describe how useful these lectures are. your teaching is amazing. one can continously watch all the videos and finish the course. the practical examples that you are explaining can not be replaced. Structural Dynamics seemed to be a hard subject at first but after listening to your lectures i am loving this subject.

how can we decided that lower damping region where decrement is just equal to 2pi zeta

At time 5:02, how cum the denominator and numerator terms are same sir?

expand the sine and cosine terms...you will get your solution...use the expanding formula for sin(a+b) and cos(a+b)....hope you will get it

T^d can be use as 2π since it is time period
