This is Marius Bekkevold's OM606 diesel powered W124 Mercedes Benz drift car.
He is a grassroots drifter from Norway, with a pretty unusual drift car setup.
Not the only OM606 big turbo diesel power drifter around, but certainly has a pretty unique gearbox setup!
As seen in the film, he uses a automatic MB transmission, but with a "clutch".

Hello Nicolás, glad you like the video and car 😁 If you use Instagram then check out his profile for more (link in description). And as for the gearbox setup it's an original automatic gearbox from W210 320CDI and a Ole Fejer controller to manually select gears.

How did u done gesrbox? I saw 2 different swichers inside car, one stock and one aftermarket?

I was just the passenger.. but basically it's a standard original automatic gearbox with a clutch pedal. Pressing the clutch pedal pulls the gearbox lever from D to N. There's also a gear shifter from Ole Fejer that reprograms the box ECU so you can manually select gears. Pretty fun setup 😂 Go check out more on the owners Instagram.. search "bekkevold01" 🙏

@@KanpekiStyle so only thing the clutch does is putting it into N? I thought he put a clutch pad inside transmission

Yes that's right and then a spring puts it back into D when clutch pedal is released. Simple 👌

I think about getting w210 with same engine? I dont want a thons of power. What will be needed for about 350bhp besides turbo and ecu?

Pump (i think) , intercooler, exhaust and please inspect the engine. Dont just slap a turbo on a dying motor. You wont be the first to spend 2-3k on a motor thats held together by hopes and dreams.

@@soutparkinator emmision regulation here got pretty bad . gotta think about getting 330ci e46 or lexus with 2jz ge. unfortunately for me 330ci prices are high af here and lexuses i find always have vvti engine

Well actually it's connected to a clutch pedal. The pedal is connected to the screwdriver by wire and pushing the pedal forces the box into N 🤯🤯🤯

Hello Beka ✌️ So the gearbox is a standard automatic gearbox from a W210 320CDI (722,626) with a Ole Fejer controller to manually select gears. There's a clutch pedal connected by wire and springs to the gearbox handle which forces the box into N when pedaled is pressed down 😳 Hope this explains most, be sure to follow him on Instagram for more pics and info (link in description)
