This is living. No iPads. No social media. No BS food. Just nature, home cooked healthy organic food and enjoying being outside. This is how we’re meant to live. The world would be a much better place if this was life for the majority of the time. I get technology helps us but it’s taking over and robbing us of what real living is. This man’s life is healthy for the mind body and soul.

Chicken and rice is one of the most common dishes here in Puerto Rico. It is one of my favorites. Your skills of combining chicken and rice are absolutely awesome. My mouth is watering when I see your dishes. Everything is, like you say, super! Kids are definitely pleased. Their smiles let us know their happiness. today I saw again Super catching wild healthy chickens and preparing rice with good ingredients adding and I start to recognise some children and I thing they really lucky that they are raised in such beautiful surroundings and they look to me happy and friendly..so I will say something like the cowboys HI.. Hai..hi Hai Super ..I wish I was passing through in that place and somehow talking to Super and ask him if I can stay with him couple days and have his delicious meals with paying of course but I got that feeling he is a man of honour and he will refuse to except mony from and of course I will volunteer gladly to help him to prepare the meals and what ever he ask ....take care Super

I am very humbled by the comments people write on this YTC. Guy cooking is from East and most of the comments being left by people from the west. Amount of appreciation is being shown is humbling. As a humanity we all could get along if we really knew each other rather than what the fake media have us believe about people from other parts of the world. All the greed of top few individual make us hate each other, but thanks to social media, we respect each other and their culture.

It’s a constant struggle to put food on the table and feed one’s family. God bless the children and you my friend for sharing with us such spectacular landscapes and unique recipes.It’s high time people went back to the countryside and escaped the steel cages. Nature is and always has been the key to a healthy life.
